Payment Options
Genuine Hotrod Hardware accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, Summit Racing SpeedCard, PayPal, and Summit Racing/Genuine Hotrod Hardware Gift Cards. We also accept personal checks, company checks and money orders. Your name and check number must be imprinted on the check. Amount of check is limited to $10,000 in U.S. funds. If you are sending a check or money order, please be sure to include your order number. You can also send payment via Western Union® Prepaid services.

Shipping
We pay the shipping on parts deliverable by ground service (excluding parts over 150 lbs. and oversize parts). Domestic orders up to $24.99 will have a $4.95 handling charge, orders from $25.00 to $99.99 will have a $9.95 handling charge, and orders of $100 or more will have an $11.95 handling charge (based on order subtotal). All handling charges are non-refundable. APO/FPO orders can only be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and must be pre-paid by a check or credit card. Truck Freight, Hazardous Materials, and some oversize items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses. For foreign orders, see the Overseas Shipping information below.

Same-Day Shipping
We ship in-stock parts the same day we get your order as long as the order is completed by 9:00 pm Eastern Monday through Friday. Transit times vary depending upon where you live and what warehouse the order is shipped from.

2 Day Air and Next Day Air Services
2 Day Air delivers in-stock parts ordered by 9:00 pm Eastern within two working days in most areas of the contiguous 48 states. 2 Day Air is $15 for orders up to 20 pounds, and $15 for each additional 20 pounds.

Next Day Air guarantees an in-stock part ordered by 7:00 pm EST will be delivered the following business day in most areas of the contiguous 48 states. This service is $25.00 for orders up to 20 pounds, and $25.00 for every additional 20 pounds.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays will be shipped on the following business day. If you live outside the continental US, standard rates apply.

Special rates for 2 Day Air and Next Day Air are available for metro Alaska, metro Hawaii, and Puerto Rico-call us for details.

Saturday Delivery is available in most ZIP codes for an additional $17.00 per package charge.

Oversize Parts and Hazardous Materials Fees
Oversize parts, odd-sized parts, and parts that require special handling will have additional shipping charges imposed by the ground service carrier. These charges are generally between $6.50 and $18.00. Oversize and special handling parts are noted as such in the Genuine Hotrod Hardware catalog and on our website.

Oversize, odd-sized, and heavy parts not deliverable by standard ground parcel services must ship by truck freight; additional shipping fees apply to these items. Truck freight parts are noted as such in the Genuine Hotrod Hardware catalog and on our website. Truck freight orders must be paid in advance.

There is an additional $22.00 charge for shipping hazardous materials. These items are also noted in the Genuine Hotrod Hardware catalog and on our website. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped by air.

Overseas Shipping
Overseas orders must be paid in advance. Shipping costs outside the contiguous 48 states cannot be determined until your package actually ships. There is a $24.95 handling charge added to each overseas order. Please order all parts at the same time to minimize your costs.

Overseas orders are shipped by surface mail unless you select another option.

Your order acknowledgement will not include shipping costs. When you receive your credit card statement you will see the initial charge for the parts and handling and another charge for the actual shipping.

All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery and are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by Summit Racing.

Exchanges
Making an exchange is easy. Just fill out the Return/Exchange section of your invoice and indicate which item(s) (part numbers) you are returning and which part(s) you would like to receive in exchange. If you do not have the Return/Exchange form, please write out all pertinent information (invoice number, customer number, and any part numbers involved) clearly on a separate sheet of paper.

Put the Return/Exchange form in the original box with the new or unused part(s) to be exchanged and attach the supplied return address label to the outside of the box. You can return the part(s) to one of our Retail Stores or send the part(s) to one of our warehouses. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Department directly at 1-800-517-1035.

We generally process exchanges within one to two days of their arrival. Any difference in price will be billed or refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns
If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we'll gladly refund your money. Just return any new or unused part within 90 days of the shipping date and we'll refund the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Genuine Hotrod Hardware cannot accept returns of custom-ordered parts. Videos, software, and copyrighted materials cannot be returned for refund once they have been opened.

All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exception.

Genuine Hotrod Hardware is not responsible for products damaged during shipping once they leave our warehouse. Claims for merchandise damaged during shipping must be made by you directly to the delivery carrier.

Gift Cards
Summit Racing/Genuine Hotrod Hardware Gift Cards can be purchased in any dollar amount from $25 up to $500. Gift Cards can be purchased as follows:

Limited Warranty
Genuine Hotrod Hardware warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase.

Any product that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for warranty consideration.

Genuine Hotrod Hardware's liability for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or, at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s). Genuine Hotrod Hardware shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
